For years I struggled with starting my days right. As a mother of three, I was always in a rush to get the kids organised for the day, along with the plethora of other things that needed to be accomplished. By doing a review of my mornings, I realised that the days that started right had defined routines and were very productive compared to those I simply stumbled into. It was then that I decided to write this book, to encourage and inspire others to start their day right, as I had seen first hand the huge difference it made to my life. Also, as a radio presenter, I broadcast words of encouragement every Monday to Thursday mornings from 6:30am – 7:30am on www.heartsonglive.co.uk with the aim of encouraging others, as they get ready to start their day.
