I STEPPED OUT IN FEAR, AND NEVER LOOKED BACK
IʼVE BEEN EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW.
In 2013 I left my full-time job of five years to focus on my family and raise my twins. I didn’t know exactly what lay ahead but I knew I couldn’t stay still. Music, faith and the desire to inspire have always been part of who I am so I took a leap. I was nervous, unsure and far from confident but I did it anyway.
Since then I have released two Gospel albums, few singles, a Christmas EP, written a bestseller, grown a loyal community of over 60,000 across social media, and launched Heartsong Live, the first Gospel radio station in Scotland founded by a woman of African descent. Now on DAB in Edinburgh and Inverclyde, the station reaches over 117,000 weekly listeners.
I have also spoken at business conferences, leadership summits, cultural intelligence programmes and community events, sharing my journey, lessons and practical strategies that help people build confidence, visibility and lasting impact.
I am the founder of Adelphe, a social enterprise that champions ethnic minority women in business, leadership and personal growth. Through Adelphe and my Personal Brand Academy I have organised and hosted summits, conferences and workshops that create real spaces for transformation, connection and change.
I have stayed consistent, I have grown and I have helped others do the same. Whether that is breaking through limiting beliefs, amplifying their voice or stepping into their next level.
